M. B. Purse House

Our business operates out of a few different spots in Indoria Market, specifically Shop No. 11, 35, and 36. This area near Neem Wala Chowk in Nabi Karim is always crowded and full of life. Because we have three separate shop numbers, someone is always running back and forth to check stock or grab an item from another unit. We mostly handle purses and bags of every possible shape. The aisles are quite narrow and bags hang from almost every available inch of wall and ceiling space. It can feel like a bit of a maze if you aren't here every day. We work with a lot of wholesale buyers, though plenty of locals stop in looking for a gift. The market noise is constant, with people calling out and carts rattling over the pavement. Fancy displays aren't our style; most items are just kept in sturdy boxes or hung on simple hooks. It is a very hands-on way to work. Our fingers often get tired from checking zippers all day to make sure they don't catch. While the walls might need some fresh paint, we are usually too busy with customers to worry about that. Being in Nabi Karim for so long has taught us a lot about the trade. It is a busy environment, but we enjoy the energy of the market. We just open up and wait for the morning rush to begin.
