Linkhearts For Better Life Foundation is located at Plot Number 4 in Om Vihar, specifically in Extension Block E, Gali Number 1 of Uttam Nagar. Our plot number is 4, and it's also listed as Khata Number 7/3/2 in the records. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't familiar with the narrow lanes of West Delhi, but once you find Gali Number 1, we are right there. The office is on the second floor, which we usually just call the S/F. It’s a modest space that we’ve set up with some basic furniture and our computers. The area is quite crowded, and there’s always a lot of activity on the street below. We can hear the vendors calling out and the bikes zooming past most of the day. Inside, we just focus on getting through our list of things to do. It’s not a large office, so we have to keep things pretty tidy to make sure everyone has room to sit. We don't have any flashy signs or professional decor. It’s just a regular room where a few of us work together. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, so we just take a break until it comes back. Being in Uttam Nagar means we are close to everything we need, from stationery shops to small eateries. It’s a very real, working-class neighborhood, and we fit right in. We like the fact that our office feels like a part of the everyday life of the people living here. It suits us fine.
