Let Me Fly Foundation

Let Me Fly Foundation is down in Connaught Place, right on Babar Road. We’re in the World Trade Centre building, at 119 on the Lower Ground Floor. Being in CP means it’s always loud outside with all the people and cars. The WTC is an older building, and being on the LGF means we don’t get much natural light, but it stays a bit cooler in the summer. It’s a busy spot. We see a lot of people passing by the windows. Our space is filled with stacks of papers and some mismatched chairs we’ve picked up over time. It’s a real working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging up. We just know what we have to do. The central Delhi vibe is fast, but inside our office, we try to keep things steady. It’s a bit cramped, especially when everyone is in at the same time. But it works for us. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building. It’s just a group of us trying to handle the foundation’s business in the middle of the city’s heart.
