Golden Overseas

You can find Golden Overseas at R-47 in Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar. It’s a typical office setup for this part of town. We’ve been working out of this building for a while now, mostly handling overseas trade stuff. Laxmi Nagar is always crowded, especially near the main road, so our street is a bit of a relief because it’s slightly quieter. Our office isn't very large. It’s basically just one main room with a few desks and a small corner for making tea. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking on shipping schedules. It can be a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it. We aren't the kind of company that has a big polished image. Our walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit squeaky, but we’re comfortable here. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just want to handle our shipments properly and make sure everyone gets paid. Sometimes we have a late lunch because we’re busy with a client, and other times we close up a bit early if the work is done. It’s a relaxed but steady way to work. We’ve stayed in Laxmi Nagar because we like the area and the people. We’re just a regular bunch of folks doing our best to run a business. We hope to stay here for a long time.
