Landesa Foundation For Innovations In Development is located in the DDA Flats at Munirka. We are on the third floor at Bb 9G. If you know these New Delhi housing blocks, you know they all look pretty similar from the outside. Climbing up to the third floor is part of our daily routine. It is a basic flat in South West Delhi, under the 110067 pin code. We do not have any marble floors or big glass windows. It is just a regular place where we keep our files and do our work. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of documents to go through, but it works for us. We spend most of our time coordinating development projects from our desks. Munirka is a lively area with lots of students and working people moving around. You can always hear someone hawking goods or the sound of traffic nearby. We try to keep our office organized, though it gets a bit messy when we are busy with a deadline. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and notes we have pinned up. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of things. It is honest, quiet work for the most part. We like the fact that we are part of a real community here. It feels more grounded than a big office building.
