Shalimar Bagh is where we keep things running. We deal in herbs. It's not a fancy office. Just a lot of boxes and natural smells. Lakshyam Herbs Pvt. Ltd. has been at AC-149 A for a while now. Some days are busy with orders. Other days we just check the stock. We started small. Just a few people wanting to get good herbs out to people who need them. We don't spend much on ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or just walking by the street. The weather in Delhi affects things, sometimes it's too hot in the warehouse. We try to keep it cool for the plants. Our team is just a handful of folks. We drink a lot of tea while sorting through packets. It’s hard work, getting everything right. We make sure the labels are on straight, but sometimes things get a bit messy. That's just how it is here. You can find us near the local market area. We don't have a big sign, but the address is easy to find. We get up early to start the day. The neighbors know us well by now. We just focus on what's in front of us. No big speeches or corporate talk. Just herbs and a lot of packing tape. We deal with suppliers directly and try to keep the costs down so people can actually afford what we sell. It’s a humble place. We like the work.
