Laksh Travels Pvt Ltd is based right in Shadipur. If you know the area, you know how crowded and lively it can be around the station and the main roads. We’ve been here for a while, operating out of our office where we handle all kinds of travel needs for the locals. It’s not a huge corporate space; it’s a functional office where people come to book their train tickets, flights, or ask about bus routes. We get a lot of walk-in traffic because of where we are located. Sometimes it’s someone just wanting to know the price of a ticket to their village, and other times it’s a family planning a bigger trip. We don't have a team of hundreds, just a few of us who know the systems and the simple ways to get from point A to point B. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or transport providers, trying to sort out delays or bookings that didn't go through. It’s a busy life in Shadipur, and our office reflects that.
