Kudos Ayurvedic Clinic

If you know Darya Ganj, you know how packed the streets get, especially around Ansari Nagar. Our clinic is tucked in at 2/29, and it’s been there for quite some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our herbs and talk to folks who come in. You can usually smell the different oils and powders as soon as you step inside. It’s a bit of an old-school vibe. The walls have some scuffs from where chairs have bumped them over the years, and the filing system is mostly just folders stacked in cabinets. We don’t really do the whole digital booking thing perfectly; sometimes people just show up and wait on the wooden benches. It gets hot in the summer, so the air conditioner stays running pretty much non-stop. Most of our patients are regulars from around Delhi or even from Punjab who happen to be in the city. We spend a lot of time just listening to people talk about their aches and pains while the noise of the traffic from the main road filters in. It is nothing fancy, just a quiet spot in a very loud part of town. Our assistant spends half the morning organizing the bottles and making sure the jars are labeled right. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the herbs, but it’s what we do. We’ve got a small kettle in the back for tea when things slow down for ten minutes.
