Our office is tucked away in Vyalikaval, on the 2nd Main Road. It’s an older part of the city, so it has a different feel than the new tech parks. We use a post box for a lot of our mail, which is why you’ll see Post Box No. 399 on our address. We deal with scientific instruments, so our rooms are filled with boxes of delicate glass and metal things that you have to be careful with. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits. Usually, we’re in our regular clothes, maybe wearing a lab coat if we’re checking some equipment. The building has been here for a while, and it has those high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most of our time is spent talking to schools or labs who need specific tools for their work. It takes a lot of patience to pack these things properly so they don't break. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked by people parking their scooters, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to carrying boxes to the dispatch area. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business where we just focus on the details of what we’re handling every single day.
