Blessing Impex Incorporation

We are based at House No. 716 in Khera Khurd. Blessing Impex Incorporation isn't in a big glass building or a fancy industrial park. We actually work out of this house, which makes things a lot more informal than your typical export-import business. It’s a bit quiet out here compared to the middle of Delhi, which we actually quite like. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate things. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk about it until it’s fixed. Our day usually starts early with a lot of coffee and checking the new orders that came in overnight. Since we are in a residential-style building, it feels more relaxed, though we still work hard to get things done. We have boxes stacked in the corners and the dining table is often covered in shipping labels and invoices. It’s a very hands-on operation. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. We’d rather just focus on making sure the goods are moving like they should. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, and we might take a longer break than we planned. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep it honest and try to stay on top of the work in Khera Khurd.
