Kamal Auto Industries

Kamal Auto Industries is located right in the middle of Anand Parbat, specifically Gali No 6 at 29/10. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets. There are bikes and carts everywhere, and the lanes are narrow. We work on auto parts here. It’s mostly metalwork and machining. The noise from the lathes is constant. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of setup, nothing too fancy. The walls are stained with oil and there’s always a smell of grease in the air, which is normal for a place like this. We don't spend much time on the computer; most of our day is spent out on the floor or talking to vendors who drop off raw materials. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we get back to it. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. People in the neighborhood know us by name. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the parts we need to make today. Most of our customers are regular shops who have been buying from us for a decade. We keep things simple. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s a practical way of living. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea outside the gate during a break. It's just how things are here.
