Kalra Brain & Spine Clinic

We are located at 12/5 in Old Rajinder Nagar, a part of town that’s always full of activity. Our clinic focuses on brain and spine issues, which sounds very serious, but we try to keep the atmosphere here pretty down-to-earth. Patients usually come to us because they’ve been having back pain or other nerve problems for a long time. The clinic itself is a simple space. We don't have marble floors or expensive art on the walls. We have chairs for people to sit in while they wait their turn and a desk where we keep all the files. The street outside is usually busy with students and local residents, so there’s always something going on just outside the door. Inside, we spend our time looking at scans and talking to people about how they’re feeling. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out the best way to help someone get back on their feet. Some days the schedule gets a bit backed up, and we feel bad for making people wait, but we don't want to rush anyone when they're in the consulting room. It’s just a small team of us working here. We’ve been in Rajinder Nagar long enough to feel like part of the furniture. We just do our best to help with the complicated stuff in a simple, direct way. It's a job we take seriously, even if the office is plain.
