You have to pass the security and find the right tower, but once you get up to 904, it’s just a regular office like any other. We aren't a big flashy firm with a lot of polish. Our space is functional and simple. We have our desks, our computers, and our files, and that is about it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or trying to look like a big international corporation. We are just a team of people handling the work that comes our way. The view from the window is mostly other towers and the roads of Noida, which are always busy. We like the location because it is secure and everything we need is close by. We don't have a lot of meetings about company culture or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and talk about what’s for lunch. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It’s quiet inside, which helps us stay focused on the tasks we have to finish. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people doing their jobs in Sector 93-A.
