Jeevan Rahul Parmarth Foundation

The Jeevan Rahul Parmarth Foundation is based in Pahar Ganj, at House Number 10408 in Gali Number 1. Pahar Ganj is one of those places in Delhi that never seems to sleep, and our street is no exception. It’s a very central spot, close to the railway station, so there are always travelers and locals moving about. Our office is tucked into one of the older buildings there. It is a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you know Gali Number 1, it’s easy enough. The space inside is quite modest. We have some basic wooden desks and a few cabinets for all our paperwork. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy carpets or glass walls; it’s more about just having a roof over our heads while we work on our foundation's goals. The light in the office can be a bit dim depending on the time of day, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We do a lot of work with people who are just passing through or living in the tougher parts of the city. It gets quite noisy with the motorbikes and the street vendors right outside, but we just keep the door closed and get on with our tasks. It’s a real, lived-in space that suits the work we do.
