Jay Ess Industries

Jay Ess Industries is tucked away in G.I.-29 along the G.T. Karnal Road. It is a heavy industrial patch where everyone is busy making something or other. Our place is no different from the neighbors. The shop floor is usually a bit of a mess with metal shavings and oil spots on the concrete ground. We have a few old machines that have seen a lot of years but they still run fine if you know how to handle them properly. I spend most of my day making sure the production stays on track and the guys have what they need. G.T. Karnal Road is always packed with big trucks, so getting materials in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just deal with it as it comes. We make various industrial parts and components for different uses. It is mostly repetitive work, day in and day out, but it keeps us busy. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. There is no air conditioning here, just some big industrial fans that move the hot air around when it gets stuffy in the summer months. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs something made, they usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the small sign outside. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the shifts. It is a plain and simple operation.
