J P Auto Products is tucked away in Karol Bagh on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, at number 29/1532. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it’s a maze of shops and people. Our street is always full of activity, with spare parts and vehicles everywhere. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. There are shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with all sorts of things. Sometimes I can’t even remember where I put something, but we usually find it eventually. It’s a bit messy, but that’s the way we like it. We have people coming in all day asking for specific parts. Some are regulars who have been coming to us for years, and others are just passing through. We don’t have any fancy displays. The counter is old and worn out from years of use. It gets loud with the horns honking outside and people haggling over prices. We just try to help folks find what they need so they can get their vehicles back on the road. It’s a long day, starting early and often closing up late under the street lights. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition around every corner, but we stay busy. There isn't much room to move around inside, so we spend a lot of time standing out front talking to customers. It’s just how business is done on this street and we are used to the constant noise.
