We've been at the Vardan Building on Ajmal Khan Road for some time now. It’s right across from Stelatoes in Karol Bagh, so finding us isn't too hard if you know the area. The building is one of those typical ones in this part of Delhi where things can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends when the shoppers are out. We run Itrustbkjm Diagnostics & Polyclinic from the 17a/38 unit. It’s mostly just us doing our jobs every day, handling the blood tests and seeing people who walk in with various health issues. The reception area is usually busy around mid-morning, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit when it's really hot outside. We try to keep things organized, but like any place in Karol Bagh, there’s a lot of noise from the street. The staff knows most of the regular faces who come in for their monthly checkups. It’s not a fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a clinic where we do what we’re supposed to do. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and people have to take the stairs, which isn't ideal but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We keep the files in the back and try to get through the paperwork as fast as we can. It’s honest work, and we’re just here to help the local folks who live around the W.E.A. area or those visiting the market.
