Our office is over at Flat No. 16 in the Audumbher Apartment on Paud Road, right in Kothrud, Pune. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't look like a typical business place when you see it from the street. This flat is where we handle all the administrative work for our coating business, like writing up quotes, taking calls, and planning out our schedules. The actual coating work happens at our main facility elsewhere, but this is the center of the operation. It’s a very simple setup with a few desks and some filing cabinets. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now, and the neighbors are all used to us being here. We aren't a big multinational corporation with a fancy lobby and a receptionist. We are just a small group of people who have spent years learning everything about surface protection. We try to keep things as straightforward as possible when we talk to our customers. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more complicated than we are. Pune is a busy hub for this type of work, so we stay quite occupied.
