Indowindfall Foundation

Indowindfall Foundation is based out of a flat in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. It is flat number 178 in Pocket 5. Being on the third floor, it’s a bit of a walk up, but it gives us a little bit of quiet away from the main road. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate environment at all. It actually feels more like a home, which we think is a good thing. We’ve set up our workspace in the main rooms of the flat. There’s enough space for the team to sit and discuss what needs to be done. We have our files stacked in the corners and the usual office equipment spread around. Mayur Vihar is a nice part of East Delhi, and it’s easy for most of us to get here. Since we are in a residential pocket, we know the neighbors and the local shops well. It’s not a fancy commercial building with a big sign out front. You just come up the stairs and you’re there. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or work on whatever we can without the computers. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way to run things. We like that we are right in the middle of a real community. It keeps us grounded while we handle the foundation work throughout the week.
