Ifls Global Foundation

You can find Ifls Global Foundation at J-44 in Dilshad Colony. We are located on the third floor and the space is care of Ajmeri Begum. Shahdara is a huge part of Delhi and Dilshad Colony has its own rhythm that we have become part of over the years. Climbing up to the third floor every morning is a bit of a workout since there isn't a lift. The office itself is basically a converted flat so it has a kitchen and a bathroom which is quite handy. We have set up our desks in the main room and we use the other rooms for storage. It is a quiet place to work most of the time unless there is a festival happening in the street below. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers and a printer that makes a lot of noise. The neighborhood is mostly families so it feels safe and friendly. We usually get our lunch from one of the small shops nearby. It isn't a fancy setup by any means but it is our base of operations. We spend our hours tracking our projects and talking to people who call us. Shahdara can be a difficult place to navigate with all the traffic but once you are inside the colony it is much better. We are just here doing our job in a quiet corner of the city.
