We set up our place in Naraina, over at Plot B-87 in the Moti Nagar area. It is actually on the parking floor of the building in Block-Wz, which might sound a bit strange, but it works for us. New Delhi 110028 is a busy area to be in. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. Our space is not a shiny office with glass walls. It is very practical and a bit dusty sometimes because of the road nearby. We have a few rooms where we sit and get our work done. Most of the staff has been around since the start. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We mostly focus on our daily tasks without much fuss. You will not find any big posters or bright lights here. It is just a regular entrance. The parking area gets tight, so we tell people to be careful with their scooters. It is a functional space, and we do not spend much on making it look pretty. We would rather just finish the work we have to do. Working in Moti Nagar means we can always find a quick snack nearby. We keep things simple here. If you walk past the main block, you will see our door. We are just a group of people keeping things running day in and day out.
