Our new office is over on Shankar Road at D 154 in the Rajendra Nagar area, which is part of Karol Bagh. Holyland Marketing (P) Ltd used to be somewhere else but we moved here to get a bit more space for our operations. The street is always packed with cars and people going to the shops nearby, so getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle in the mornings. Inside, it’s a typical office environment with some desks and a lot of samples of the products we market. We deal with a variety of goods and our job is mostly about connecting the people who make things with the people who sell them in shops. It’s a lot of coordination and sitting on the phone for hours. We have a small pantry where we make tea and sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to close all the windows. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated team trying to manage the logistics of distribution. Every day there is a new list of things to check and people to follow up with. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we'd rather just focus on the business side of things. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of new stock coming in, but we manage to make it work.
