Pahar Ganj is always a bit wild with all the travelers and the traffic, but our office stays relatively steady. We’ve been here for quite some time now. We deal with adventure trips and travel plans. It’s not a fancy travel lounge. It’s an office where we spend our time on the phone or checking routes on maps and computers. There are usually posters of mountains and rivers on the walls to remind us of why we do this. We don’t have a lot of polished sales pitches. We just tell people what a trip is actually going to be like, the good parts and the tiring parts too. Being above a bank means people use us as a landmark sometimes. It’s a convenient spot in a very central part of the city. We have a small team here. We handle the bookings and the logistics for people who want to go somewhere different. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually hear the street noise from below. We just keep at it, day by day, helping people get where they want to go. It's what we know how to do best.
