We are Hitesh Caterers & Decorators, and you can find us at number 52 in the Old Rajinder Nagar Main Market. This is a busy place to be, and there is always something going on right outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, and the market has become a second home to us. Our work mostly involves a lot of cooking and organizing decorations for different local events. It is not always pretty; there is a lot of steam in the kitchen and heavy lifting when we move the chairs and tables. We don’t have any fancy marketing people writing stuff for us. We just tell people where we are and what we do. Most people know us because they’ve seen us working at an event in the neighborhood or they live nearby. We like being in the main market because it’s easy for people to stop by and have a quick chat about what they need. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in our shop with all the equipment piled up, but we know where everything is. We just try to keep things simple and get the work done. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We focus on the tasks we have each day and try to make sure we don’t miss anything important. It’s a solid way to make a living and stay involved with the community.
