We’ve been running things from this spot at 1/22 Asaf Ali Road for a while now. Our office is on the second floor, which keeps us just far enough above the street noise to actually hear each other talk. It’s a busy area and finding a place to park can be a bit of a nightmare some mornings. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders filled with information about the cottages and resorts we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with a fancy lobby, just a small group of people trying to keep everything organized. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lighting in the hallway is sometimes flickery, but the office itself is comfortable enough once you get settled in. We spend most of our time answering calls and checking schedules to make sure the properties are ready for visitors. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going in the corner and someone is probably complaining about the printer. It’s a simple setup where we handle the daily grind of the hospitality business. We know the neighbors in the building and the local vendors nearby pretty well. It’s just how we work here, focusing on the tasks in front of us without a lot of extra fuss. Most of us have been here long enough that the sounds of the traffic outside just become background noise after a while.
