Happy Confidants Foundation

Our place is on the fourth floor at H.N 564 in Sunlight Colony-2, which is near the mandir in Hari Nagar, Ashram. It is a bit of a climb because the elevator doesn't always work like it should, but we don't mind the exercise. We’re the Happy Confidants Foundation. The name sounds a bit cheerful, but mostly we just do regular, everyday work. We aren’t a big corporate entity. It’s just a small group of us in this office. We have a pretty good view of the neighborhood from up here on the fourth floor, which is nice when things get a bit stressful. The office is often full of papers and half-empty tea cups. We don’t have a fancy interior designer. We just moved the furniture in ourselves and put things where they fit. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just say things as they are. Dealing with foundation work in South Delhi means there is always something happening. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes we fall behind. That’s just how it is in a busy office. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We just want to do our bit. Being near the mandir means it’s a bit loud during festivals, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. It is a real place with real people working in it every day. Kanwar Singh is usually around too.
