Guntaas Foundation

Our place is down in the basement of B-220 in Chitranjan Park. Being in the basement keeps things a little cooler in the summer months which is a big plus. It’s a quiet part of Delhi 110019. We’ve got our own little world down here. It’s not a huge space but it's ours. We have some desks and a small corner for making tea. CR Park is a nice neighborhood to walk around when we need a break. There are lots of trees and the atmosphere is a bit different from the rest of the city. We don't have big windows or a view but we don't really mind. We are just here to do the work. The entrance is a bit tucked away so you have to keep an eye out for the B-220 sign. We’ve been here for a while and the landlord is a decent person. It’s an honest sort of workspace. No fancy decorations or plush carpets. Just floor tiles and plenty of books and papers. It feels like a real workshop in a way. We like the hum of the city above us while we get things done downstairs. It’s a good spot for us. We have a couple of floor lamps because the overhead lights are a bit too bright and clinical. It makes the basement feel a bit warmer. Sometimes we can hear the footsteps of people walking on the ground floor above us.
