Our office is on the 2nd floor of Scindia House, specifically at number 4. Scindia House is one of those old buildings in CP that everyone knows. We have been running Grandeur Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd from here for quite a while. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of printed brochures that we keep for people to look at. We spend the day looking at flight timings and trying to find the best routes for people going on trips. It is not a flashy place, just a working office with maps on the wall. We handle train bookings and international flights too. Sometimes people come in with very complicated plans, and we have to sit and look at the screen for an hour to make it work. It is quiet up here compared to the street outside. We like the location because it’s central for everyone. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years. They know where we sit and how we work. We don't do big ads; we just answer the phone and help whoever walks in. It’s steady work. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait to confirm a booking, but that’s just life. We take it as it comes and try to be helpful.
