We have been running things here at Karol Bagh Naiwala 49/1843 for quite a long time now. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how packed the lanes get with spare parts and people looking for deals. Goyal Auto Products Pvt Ltd is just a small piece of that big puzzle. It is usually pretty noisy outside with all the horns and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the inventory. Our shelves are piled up high with all sorts of things for cars and bikes. Sometimes it feels like there is not enough room to breathe, but we manage to find whatever a customer asks for. It is not like those fancy showrooms you see in the malls. We have grease on the counters and the floor is a bit uneven, but that is just how it is in Naiwala. Most of the guys working here have been around for years and they know the parts better than the back of their hands. We drink a lot of chai from the stall at the corner while we wait for the delivery trucks to arrive. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that the supplies show up late, which is frustrating but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or special. We just show up every morning, open the shutters at 49/1843, and get to work helping people find what they need for their vehicles. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
