Gogia Art Printers

Our shop is on Shyam Lal Road, right across from Cambridge School. If you come by in the late afternoon, you can usually hear our machines running from the street. We do a lot of paper work here, mostly for local businesses or folks who need things printed for their weddings or events. It is often a bit messy inside with stacks of paper and that sharp smell of ink everywhere, but that is how a print shop looks when there is work getting done. We have been here in Darya Ganj for many years. The lighting in the back isn't great, and the floors have some permanent stains from the different inks we use, but we know where every tool is kept. My father was the one who started all this and now we just keep it going day to day. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that, most people just come in because they saw our sign or a friend told them to come here. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the morning fixing it with greasy hands, which is a bit of a headache but it is part of the job. We try to get orders out when we say, though sometimes things take longer if the power goes out. It is a small space at G 7/84, but we make it work. Most days it is just us and the loud sound of the rollers hitting the paper.
