It’s loud, there are vehicles everywhere, and the energy is just non-stop. Our basement office is a little bit of a retreat from all that madness, though you can still hear the rumble of the traffic above. We’ve been here for a bit, handling different infra solutions. The office is pretty basic—we’ve got some sturdy desks, a few filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep all the site gear. It’s not a place for showing off; it’s a place for working. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different locations, so the office isn't always full. When we are all here, it gets pretty lively. We usually have a big jug of water and some glasses on a tray for whoever walks in. The walls are a bit plain, but we have a few maps pinned up to help us keep track of where everything is happening. It’s a bit of a maze to get to us if you’re not familiar with the building, but once you find 297, just head down the stairs. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't—just a local business trying to do right by our projects and keep things moving.
