If you know Pusa Road, then you know how loud and chaotic it can get at almost any hour. Our office is in Shanti Chamber, specifically on the second floor at 11/6 B. It is a bit of a climb, but the building is sturdy and it gets us away from the worst of the dust from the street. At Ginni International, we spend most of our time dealing with international trade logistics, which means we are often on the phone at odd hours depending on which country we are talking to. The office has desks scattered around and plenty of storage for samples and documents. It is not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover; it is more about piles of ledgers and sample boxes sitting in the corners. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is basically what keeps the staff going during the long afternoons. The location is good because the metro is close, making it easier for the team to get home without sitting in that Pusa Road traffic for two hours. We do not do much advertising because our work usually comes from people who already know us or through long-term contacts. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the shipments do not get stuck at the port. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps the business running.
