We’re located at 202 on the second floor of the Rishabh Vihar Commercial Complex. Gc Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for some time. The office is a bit small, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the day is spent handling paperwork for imports and exports. It’s a lot of back and forth with customs and transporters. Rishabh Vihar is a decent neighborhood, and the commercial complex has everything we need close by. We don’t really go in for fancy decor or expensive office furniture. Our desks are a bit worn out and there are stacks of papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular workplace with real people. We have our good days and our bad days, just like anyone else. Sometimes the phones won’t stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We aren't a giant firm with a big board of directors. It’s just us trying to keep things moving. We value the relationships we’ve built with people over the years. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just help move goods from one place to another. It’s basic work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, just making sure the day's tasks are finished up properly. It’s a long day sometimes, but we like it.
