Gaurav Engineering Works

Gaurav Engineering Works is located at 633/2 in Gali Number 4. We are in the Block-Rz part of the Upper Anand Parbat Industrial Area. It’s right near the M.C.D. Primary School, so you can often hear the kids playing during their breaks. This area is very crowded. The lanes are narrow, and there’s always something happening. Our shop is a busy place. We do a lot of engineering work, mostly fixing things or making small parts. The machines take up most of the space. It’s oily and loud, but it’s where we spend most of our time. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy entrance. People just know where we are. We’ve been here long enough that we’re part of the furniture. We help our neighbors and they help us. Sometimes we have to move stuff out into the alley just to get enough room to work on a big piece. It’s not ideal, but we make it work. We aren't looking for awards. We just want to do the job right so the customer is happy and we can pay the bills. The school nearby reminds us of the time passing. We see the seasons change through the open door. It’s a gritty, honest way to make a living. We just keep our tools sharp and our hands busy every day. We don't worry about being the biggest, just staying open. It’s what we do and it’s been that way since we first moved into this gali. No point in changing now.
