Garbi

We are tucked away at 37/1 in Old Rajinder Nagar. It’s an old neighborhood and our building has seen better days, but it’s home for Garbi. I remember when we first moved in, the stairs were so narrow we struggled to get the desks up. Now, we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the place. The light in the back room is a bit dim, so we mostly work near the windows facing the street. You can hear the kids playing outside and the street vendors calling out their prices all afternoon. It’s a busy part of town, which is nice because there’s always something happening. We don't spend much on decorating because we’re too busy actually working. There’s always a pile of samples on the table and some half-finished projects in the corner. We keep it honest here. If someone walks in, they see exactly what we’re doing. No hidden offices or fancy lobbies. Just us and our tools. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and the whole street gets quiet except for our lights. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed in this same spot because the rent is fair and we know everyone around here. It feels right to be part of the community in Old Rajinder Nagar. We don't have many rules, we just show up and get to it every morning and try to make something useful.
