Galaxy Events & Weddings

Our office is over in Shankar Market, which is part of the whole Connaught Place area. Galaxy Events & Weddings is what we go by. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character and history to it. We spend most of our time planning out weddings and other get-togethers for families. It’s a lot of talk about flowers, lighting, and where the band is going to stand. Since we are in CP, it’s easy for people to drop by after their work to chat about their plans for an hour. We don't have a fancy corporate vibe here with suits and ties. It’s more like a workshop where we sit down and look at photos or sketches on the table. Some days are just filled with phone calls to decorators and caterers across the city. Weddings are big projects, and there are always a hundred small things that could go wrong at the last minute, so we just stay focused on the tasks. We’ve been around Shankar Market for a bit and we really like the atmosphere here. It’s real. We don't try to sell people on things they don't actually need for their party. We just listen to what they want and try to make it happen within the budget they have. It’s a lot of running around, especially on the actual day of the event, but that’s the nature of this kind of work. We just do our best to keep everything on track from our corner.
