We have been set up at Hardhyan Singh Road for a good while now. Karol Bagh is always a busy place, so getting to the office can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we manage somehow. Friwo Impex (India) Pvt Ltd handles a lot of different things. Mostly we deal with imports and exports, with stuff coming in and going out every single day. It is a small team here at F-3. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just desks, old computers, and a whole lot of paperwork piled up. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing for hours. Other days it is quiet enough to actually get through the backlog of emails. We have seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Shops come and go, but we are still here doing our thing. It is not exactly a glamorous job, but it pays the bills. People often ask what we do, and it is hard to explain because it changes depending on the client. One week we are looking at electronic components, the next it is something else entirely. We just try to keep everything moving. The stairs up to our floor are a bit steep, so you have to be careful if you ever visit. Most of our work is done over the phone anyway. We do not really do big advertising. Most people find us because they know someone else who used us. That is just how it works.
