Freshia Caterers & Events

Our setup for Freshia Caterers & Events is at 2/41 in Old Rajinder Nagar, right near the Desu Office. Being so close to a landmark like that makes it easy for people to find us. Our kitchen is usually the main focus of the place. It’s loud, hot, and always smells like spices and onions. We spend our time prepping ingredients and loading up the vans for various events. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of washing up and heavy lifting involved. We’ve been in this part of Old Rajinder Nagar for a good long time. The office part of the building is just a small desk in the corner where we take orders and check our lists. We don't have any fancy catering uniforms or a big sales team. It’s just us and a few workers who have been with us for years. We handle the food and the event planning without any big slogans or empty talk. Sometimes it gets really hectic when several orders come in at once, and we all have to jump in to help. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going. Most people know us from the neighborhood because they’ve seen our vans parked near the Desu Office. We just focus on getting the cooking done and making sure everything gets delivered on time.
