Federation House is one of those buildings you can't really miss if you're walking down Tansen Marg. It’s got that old, solid look to it. We’ve been inside these walls for a long time. There’s a lot of history in the hallways, and honestly, the air conditioning can be a bit hit or miss in the older sections. You see people running around with folders and papers all day long. It's a busy place, being the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry. We deal with a lot of different industries, but at the end of the day, we’re just a bunch of people sitting at desks trying to keep up with the emails. The lobby is usually full of visitors waiting for meetings. We don't try to make it look like a five-star hotel. It feels like a place where real work happens. Sometimes the tea man comes around and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We have some big meeting rooms, but most of us spend our time in the smaller offices or at the shared cubicles. The windows look out over the street, and you can see the city moving by. It’s not a flashy setup. We just keep things moving, organizing events and talking to different trade groups. It gets hectic, especially when there's a big conference coming up, but we manage to get everything sorted eventually.
