We are based at 1317 D B Gupta Road, right here in Karol Bagh. Jhandewalan Mandir is quite close by, so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find our place. Our building is pretty old and we’ve been operating out of this room for quite some time. We deal with various goods and supplies. It’s mostly just us sitting behind the desk, taking orders and checking the inventory. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. There is always a lot of traffic on the road outside, so it stays pretty noisy throughout the day. People drop in to ask about prices or to pick up what they ordered. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just a straightforward business where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we spend the afternoon just filing stuff away. We know a lot of the other shop owners around here. It’s a tight-knit community in this part of Karol Bagh. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the trading, and go home. If the temple is busy, the whole street gets blocked up, which can be a bit of a pain for deliveries. But we manage just fine and keep the work going day after day.
