Era Construction India Ltd

Our address is B-147 Pandav Nagar, right near the Saadi Pur Depot in New Delhi. Era Construction India Ltd. has been at this location for a while now. Being near the depot makes it easy for some of our workers to get around, which is a plus. Pandav Nagar is a busy neighborhood and there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and our paperwork. We do a lot of residential and commercial building work around this part of town. It’s mostly about making sure the materials arrive on time and that the guys know what they are supposed to be doing each day. Some mornings are a bit chaotic with everyone trying to get their instructions at once. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the progress we’re making on the current projects. It is hard work and the sun can be brutal in Delhi, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff that works. We prefer it that way. Most people around here know us by now because we’ve been working in these streets for so long. We just keep our heads down and try to do an honest job every day without making too much of a fuss.
