Our office is located at Gi 855 in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to the market area, you know how busy it can get around here. We’re a bit tucked away from the main chaos, which is good for actually getting some work done. We focus on medical technology and equipment. The office is a practical space where we store some of the smaller devices and keep all our technical records. It’s a mix of an office and a small service area. We have a couple of technicians who are usually busy tinkering with something or checking sensors. The rest of us are mostly on the phones or dealing with the paperwork that comes with medical supplies. It’s a pretty tight-knit group here. We’ve been in Sarojini Nagar for a long time and have seen the area change a lot. The building itself is older but sturdy. We don't have any fancy glass walls or modern art. It’s mostly just metal shelves, sturdy desks, and a lot of spare parts. Sometimes we have to ship things out fast, so the hallway gets cluttered with boxes. We just try to stay out of each other's way. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get new stock in. We like the energy of New Delhi, even if the traffic is a pain. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the tech is working right. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us.
