Our place is at 1233 34, right on the first floor of Gali No. 4 in Nai Wala, Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes of Nai Wala, you know it’s a place where things happen. Dumak Impex Llp is right in the middle of all that energy. We deal with the import and export of various items, and being in Karol Bagh means we’re never far from the action. The office isn't very large, and it can get a bit cluttered with samples and shipping documents, but we manage. Gali No. 4 is always crowded with people and scooters, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve learned to navigate it over the years. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks, probably arguing with someone on the phone about a delivery date or a customs clearing issue. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. The building is old, and the stairs are narrow, but it has a lot of character. We focus on the practical side of the business—making sure the cargo is safe and the paperwork is legal. We aren't into big speeches or corporate branding. We’re just here in Karol Bagh, doing what we know best, day in and day out.
