Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd

Our office is tucked away at E-16/518 Bapa Nagar, right on Padam Singh Road in Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it is one of the busiest places in New Delhi. We work for Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd from this location. It is a small branch, mostly focused on getting parcels sorted and out for delivery. The space is pretty cramped because we have to fit in a lot of packages and the staff to handle them. We don't have a big fancy sign or a polished lobby. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We spend our days scanning barcodes, answering the same questions on the phone, and making sure the delivery guys have what they need. It is a lot of manual work and it can get quite tiring when the volume is high. We have been at this Bapa Nagar address for a while now, and we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The traffic on Padam Singh Road is always a challenge, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the most high-tech office in the world. We just use what we have to make sure people get their mail. It is a local operation and we know many of the regulars who come in. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one parcel at a time. It is a simple business when you get down to it.
