If you've ever been to Karol Bagh, you probably know where the 108 feet Hanuman temple is. We are right near that big statue, just around the roundabout on Arya Samaj Road. It’s a very busy part of town, especially with the Jhandewalan Metro Station so close by. Dr. S.K. Jain started this clinic, and we’ve been operating here as a private limited for quite some time now. The traffic around here can be a real nightmare sometimes, but it makes us easy to find. You just look for the giant Hanuman and you’re basically there. Our clinic deals with a lot of different patients every day. Since we are near the metro, we get people coming from all over Delhi, not just the local neighborhood. It’s a bit of an old-school setup, nothing too flashy or corporate-looking. We just focus on seeing the people who walk through the door. The waiting room gets a bit cramped when it's raining or during the peak hours, but we make it work. Living and working in Karol Bagh means you get used to the noise and the constant movement outside. Inside the clinic, we try to keep things moving along so nobody is stuck waiting forever. It’s a practical place for medical help. We don't spend money on big posters or radio spots. Most of our regulars have been coming to us for years and they know the way.
