Our address is Anand Parvat 57B Gaddodia Road, which is in the central part of New Delhi. Drd Hospitality Private Limited has its roots right here in this neighborhood. It’s a bit of an industrial area, very busy and full of movement. Gaddodia Road is always packed with trucks and people moving goods. Our building is a simple one, nothing too flashy. We’ve been working from here for quite some time now. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect a hospitality company to be, but it works for us. We like the energy of Anand Parvat. It’s raw and real. Inside, we have our files and our computers set up on old wooden tables. There’s always someone coming in or going out. We don’t have a professional decorator or anything like that. The walls have some marks on them and the floor is just plain cement. But it’s where we do our business. We handle all our hospitality stuff from this desk. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We’re local people, and we know everyone on the street. It’s nice to be part of a community where people actually recognize you. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day. It’s a tough area sometimes, especially when it rains, but it’s home for the company. We just keep our heads down and work.
