Dr Shroff'S Eye Hospital

Way over in the Daryaganj area of Saharanpur, specifically in Mohammdi, you'll find our eye hospital. It’s been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We focus on eyes, so there are charts and testing machines all over the place. Dr. Shroff handles the surgeries and the main check-ups. The building isn't very modern, but we keep the medical areas clean. There’s a lot of dust in Saharanpur, so we are always wiping down the windows and the chairs. People come from all over the district, not just from the city. Some travel hours just to get their vision checked. We have a small area where people can wait, usually filled with families. It gets a bit crowded on Mondays. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us by word of mouth. The sign outside is a little rusted around the edges, but everyone knows it. We try to work fast because nobody likes sitting in a hospital all day. The lights in the exam room are quite bright, which is necessary for the work. Our staff knows how to guide the older folks who can't see very well. We just take things one patient at a time. It’s a busy life here in Daryaganj, but we are used to the pace. We have some spare glasses frames in a cabinet for people to look at if they need them. It’s just how we do things here.
