Dr. P. K. Gupta'S Super Specialty Clinic

We’ve been running Dr. P. K. Gupta'S Super Specialty Clinic for quite a while now. The clinic is located right in Metro Plaza, which is just opposite the Karol Bagh metro station here in Delhi. It’s a very busy area, as anyone who lives in the 110005 Pin code area can tell you. Being so close to the station means we see people coming in from all over the city. The clinic itself is on the ground floor, so nobody has to worry about climbing too many stairs. We have several rooms where different specialists see their patients. It’s not one of those fancy hospitals with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just a practical medical space. Dr. Gupta is usually around, and the staff tries to keep the appointments moving. Sometimes the waiting room gets really packed, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to need a checkup at the exact same time. We have some old chairs and a water cooler that occasionally makes a weird noise. Most of the people who come here are locals from around Karol Bagh. They know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic near Metro Plaza. We handle a lot of different health issues because it is a super specialty clinic. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most folks just see the sign when they are walking to the metro or they hear about us from a neighbor who came here before.
