People usually find us tucked away in No. 54 U.B. Jawahar Nagar. Kamla Nagar is always a bit chaotic with the students and the market crowds, so once you step inside the clinic, the change in noise is pretty noticeable. We have been working here for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold a lot of history. Dr. Aggarwal is mostly busy with orthodontic cases, so you’ll see a lot of kids and teenagers sitting around with their parents, waiting to get their wires tightened. It gets a bit cramped on Monday mornings because that is when everyone seems to have a dental emergency at the same time. We have a small desk for paperwork that stays pretty messy because of all the files. The chairs in the waiting area are standard plastic ones, nothing fancy, but they do the job. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a minute and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We don't really do much advertising; people mostly hear about us from their neighbors or friends who live around the corner. It's just a regular place where we try to fix teeth and help people with their smiles without making a big fuss about it. The water cooler in the corner makes a loud gulping sound every few minutes, which always makes the patients look up and check if it's empty. We just do our best to get through the daily schedule.
