Our workshop is M/37 in Gali number 7 of Anand Parbat. If you have ever been to Anand Parbat, you know it is a maze of small streets and industrial shops. We are right off Rohtak Road. The area is always buzzing with the sound of engines and metal hitting metal. We manufacture auto parts here. It is a gritty job. There is grease on almost every surface and the smell of cutting oil is everywhere. Gali 7 is quite narrow, so getting things in and out takes some planning. We have been working out of this spot for a long time. The building is old and has that worn-out look of a place where real work happens every day. It’s not a place for suits. We wear our work clothes and don't mind getting dirty. Rohtak Road is always busy with traffic, which adds to the noise. We have a few machines and a couple of benches where the manual work gets done. It’s a small team, and we all know our roles. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task. We just focus on getting the parts made and shipped out to whoever needs them. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know. The tea break is the highlight of the afternoon when we can sit for a minute and watch the chaos outside.
